Hi! I'm Jean, and I'll be bringing in Yin from Darker than Black. Her world was drastically changed ten years ago. The night sky no longer has a moon, and the constellations all changed so the people no longer recognize their own sky. Some people were changed into Contractors or Dolls. Dolls, which is what Yin is, serve as spy mediums for Contractors, and are programmed to focus only on given instructions or necessities. Supposedly they have no emotions, wants, or even feel anything, but Yin proves that wrong. Yin spies and gathers information for her group, who all works for a shady organization called the Syndicate, back in her world. She is likely of Finnish origin, and her original name was Kirsi, but she goes by Yin, now.

She is also blind, and uses her Observer Spirit / specter to see for her.

Her emotions are very muted, or she might seem consistently sad, but she is capable of caring about others and forming strong bonds, as well as doing things she wants to, when the situation is right. Otherwise she is programmed to eat and sleep only what is needed to survive, and doesn't typically care about her own welfare. I'm curious to see how she progresses in this environment, especially since she's already made a few strong bonds from her TDM appearance.

How Dolls spy on people is with Observer Spirits / specters. Dolls can see and hear whatever their spirit sees and hears. Yin has to be touching water to use hers. I have an opt out page for people who don't want to get caught in any of that. Or if you want, you can drop a line for an idea for some spy drama. Super down for something like that.

I can't wait for Yin to have to deal with some of my people. Mostly I can't even imagine how the hell she'll deal with someone as excitable as Zack. Oh, maybe Tommy can recruit her for employment. He'd find a way, he's taken to taking care of people for the sake of his heart. Not opting out of anything ^-^

Hey there, welcome!! I’m so glad to see you joined, our threads were so much fun!

I’m Whimsy btw, you know two of mine already from the tdm, but I also have Yusuke and Watts in the game as well. I can’t wait to do more threading and build up the cr with any of mine! I also definitely don’t mind Yin spying on any of my characters, it seems like it has really interesting potential for threading! So I won’t be opting out :D

The way Jagger's power works are strongest if he touches someone or an object they've touched recently, but he is just sensitive to psychic shifts around him as well and it could be interesting to work witih either way :)
