New Characters!

Hello friends, Meghann (Illyana, Aerith, Ivy) here with two new character: Mitsuru from Persona 3 and Betsy Braddock from Marvel comics.

Mitsuru is a typical Persona character in that she has some obvious surface traits (being the responsible ice Empress that acts way too old to actually be someone in high school) that unravel to reveal a really vulnerable and awkward young woman that was given way more responsibility than a kid should ever have. Which means she has no idea how to not act like she's not actually a 40 year old President of the biggest corporation around her. Please someone help she was confused about how you eat burgers.

Betsy is part of the secret X-Men assassination club and a nosey telepath that has no qualms with just reading people's minds. She used to be a member of a team that took weird as fuck missions throughout the multiverse and her dad was a leader from a pocket dimension that worked like a weird nexus dimension between other realities. In other words her only response to this place is just to be like "and here we go again............................."

Anyway I look forward to throwing them out there!

I'm so excited!!!! As someone who loves the persona canon, and thinking of trying to pick up a character from one of the games, I am literally so excited for CR with Mitsuru!!! Also Betsy has been very fun, I love our thread! Do we wanna keep that as game-canon?

The Persona/Shin Megami games are some of my all time favorite games so I'm glad you're excited! Clearly you should try to pick a P3 character up haha then again pretty much all of them have insanely good characters. I could talk about Persona for hours.

But, yes! I'd be down for that rather than starting something new. Would you prefer me to start a new post in the main com to continue it on?

I really want to replay P3!! Since it's been so long since I got to, but unfortunately I haven't got a way to do it right now (my PS2 adapter has disappeared :c) so It's more likely I'd pick someone up from P5 since I can play that real easily for review. But one day!! And until then I will get to enjoy throwing my dumb characters at Mitsuru!

And yeah that totally works for me!! It's been a fun thread and I'd love to continue it!

I've been replaying it on an emulator because I didn't want to use my psp to play P3P haha P5 has some great characters too though, I LOVED that one. I'm probably going to play Royal soon myself. Who were you thinking of from there?

Ohhh let me know when you start Royal!! It's got some interesting differences/additions and I'd love to chat about the game! Right now I'm thinking Yusuke might be fun! But I'm waiting till I get a bit further to see if anyone else grabs me. :D
